Step 1: Unbox and Power Up
Open your Wellpoint package and check for the device, power supply, and quick-start guide. Plug the device into a power outlet—the LED will light up to show it’s ready.
Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi
Follow the instructions in the quick-start guide or scan the QR code to access the cloud dashboard. Use your Wi-Fi credentials to connect the device to your network. No cables or IT expertise needed.
Step 3: Configure Your Device
On the Wellpoint cloud dashboard, set your location, name the device, and select your time zone. Adjust detection direction and sensitivity for your entrance or area.
Step 4: Mount for Best Results
Install the counter at a height of 1.2–1.4 meters (4–4.5 feet), perpendicular to the flow of visitors. Make sure the sensor has a clear view—avoid obstructions for maximum accuracy.
Step 5: Start Tracking and Analyzing
